Oklahoma Basic COMBINED Landman Course for Oklahoma City
32 Classroom hours of training in field petroleum landman. Covering such things as an introduction to the land business, title research and reporting, negotiating and preparing oil and gas leases along with learning and understanding the associated terms and conditions of an oil and gas lease, creating reports, working with spread sheets, learning regulatory considerations, well spacing, working interest versus net revenue interest, and preparing curative documents. In addition, you'll learn what is required of you as being an independent contractor.
